RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. If the item is faulty please message me within 24 hours of receiving the package to discuss appropriate resolution.

DEFECTS: We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at katsthreadsshop@gmail.com

No refunds will be given after product is shipped.
